Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Premier Community Healthcare, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating therapeutic interventions for a range of issues including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Engaging with clients to identify and resolve relational and familial challenges, utilizing proven therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers within the organization to ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Documenting all client interactions in accordance with organizational policy and regulatory requirements.

• Participating in ongoing training and development sessions to refine therapeutic techniques and stay current with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families navigating complex issues. You will work closely with patients dealing with challenges such as blended family adjustments, psychological and physical abuse, and emotional distress due to separation or divorce.
