About the Role

\n

We are seeking an experienced President of Strategic Execution with 30+ years of senior leadership experience to work directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to translate corporate strategy into measurable business results.

\n

This executive will lead the execution of major strategic initiatives across the organization, ensuring key priorities move effectively from planning through implementation, scaling, and measurable outcomes.

\n

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced executive with a strong background in operations, strategy, business transformation, corporate development, or general management. The role requires the ability to work across business units and functional teams while maintaining accountability for execution, performance, timelines, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Partner with the CEO to translate corporate vision and strategy into actionable initiatives.
\n
• Lead the implementation of major company-wide priorities and growth programs.
\n
• Coordinate execution across technology, operations, finance, business development, partnerships, and investment functions.
\n
• Establish clear ownership, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.
\n
• Identify execution bottlenecks and address organizational barriers.
\n
• Maintain accountability across executive leadership teams and business units.
\n
• Lead strategic operating reviews and executive performance reporting.
\n
• Support the development and scaling of new business units.
\n
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving acquisitions, partnerships, market expansion, infrastructure development, and technology deployment.
\n
• Evaluate the operational and financial performance of strategic projects.
\n
• Develop governance systems and processes that support efficient organizational growth.
\n
• Align capital, personnel, technology, and operational resources with strategic priorities.
\n
• Lead major transformation and organizational change initiatives.
\n
• Represent the CEO in selected strategic initiatives and executive-level discussions.

• Promote a culture of accountability, disciplined execution, and measurable results.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 30+ years of senior leadership experience in operations, strategy, business transformation, corporate development, general management, or a related field.
\n
• Previous experience as a President, COO, CEO, EVP, Division President, Managing Director, or comparable executive leader preferred.
\n
• Demonstrated experience managing large and complex cross-functional organizations.
\n
• Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into effective operational execution.
\n
• Experience launching, scaling, restructuring, or transforming businesses.
\n
• Strong understanding of finance, capital allocation, operations, organizational design, and performance management.
\n
• Experience managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
\n
• Strong executive communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
\n
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
\n
• Experience across technology, infrastructure, energy, finance, healthcare, industrial, or other complex sectors is highly valued.
