Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the unique mental health needs of each client.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies based on clinical best practices and evidence-based approaches.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, couples, and groups using various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest mental health research and techniques.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to enhance client treatment plans and improve outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on clients who may have limited access to mental health care, including adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By delivering personalized therapeutic support, you will help empower these individuals to improve their mental health and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload availability.
