Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to support clients throughout their lifespan.

• Perform thorough assessments to identify each client’s strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, employing tools such as diagnostic interviews and standardized assessment instruments.

• Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with best practices and address the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners, ensuring coordinated care and streamlined communication regarding client progress and treatment goals.

• Maintain accurate, timely records of client interactions, progress, and treatment interventions, adhering to ethical and legal documentation standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. The therapeutic focus may encompass various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and developmental challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a valid, unrestricted license as a:

\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No provisional or limited licenses and no prior disciplinary actions are accepted.

• Ability to make informed clinical evaluations, decisions, and recommendations in treatment planning.

• Strong interpersonal skills combined with an empathetic and professional demeanor.

• Proficiency in computer applications is necessary, enabling efficient use of telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
