Data Entry Specialist

The Data Entry Specialist at World Outreach Church (WOC) will further the donor/customerrelationship initiatives of the media ministry, Allen Jackson Ministries, by accurately entering,updating, and maintaining the donor-related systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates logicalthinking, keen attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and the ability to connect processes tobroader ministry goals. This position will also help advance our mission to help people become more fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ by helping model and convey our core beliefs in aholistic and inspiring way. Job Duties & Responsibilities Process donations and sales made by check and cash, ensuring relevant notes areentered within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and digitalimages of checks have also been scanned and attached to each transaction in thesystem. Process and fulfill daily receipts and annual contribution statements. Input and maintain CRM database with all inventory products and the associatedcosts. Assist in the development and distribution of dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL,and data visualization tools to monitor performance metrics, track ministry outcomes,and provide analytics to support decision-making across teams. Partner with lead analysts and cross-functional teams to identify, test, andimplement process improvement, automation, and CRM upgrades. Maintain procedures to input and update CRM to ensure data integrity for accuratemanagement and reporting. Help the Accounting Department reconcile and audit the Media Ministry’s donations and sales transactions. Identify inefficiencies within the team’s workflow, then find and present solutions for consideration. Provide support for the Media Ministry’s donor participation events. Create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures, as it relates to thisposition. Complete various tasks related to office administration and organization.
