Start Date: ASAP / Flexible

End Date/Duration: Full-time, ongoing

Shift: M-F, typical daytime hours

Hours/week: 40+

Employment Type: Full-time

License/Certs: Colorado Medical License, ACLS, BLS, DEA, Board Certified or Eligible in Urology

Experience: Preferably 1+ years, but open to qualified new graduates

Salary: $550,000 - $610,000 annually (based on experience)

Bonus: Immediate high-productivity bonus potential

Pay package discussed upon application. What You'll Do

• Provide general urologic care for adult patients in outpatient and hospital settings
• Perform diagnosis and surgical treatments of urologic conditions
• Utilize state-of-the-art robotic equipment, including 2 DaVinci XI robots
• Participate in high-volume clinical practice with immediate patient demand
• Engage in hospital call rotation for inpatient consults and emergencies
• Document care efficiently using Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with a team of 4 established urologists and a community partner
• Contribute to a high-quality, patient-centered clinical environment
• Support the growth and development of urology services in the community

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Colorado Medical License or eligibility
• ACLS, BLS certifications
• DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Ability to support visa candidates

Preferred:

• 1+ years of urology experience
• Strong clinical and surgical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
