Help Desk Technician

UIC Government Services and the Bowhead Family of Companies

A leading government services provider is seeking a Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician in Oklahoma City. This role includes providing multi-tier support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Candidates must possess at least 1 year of experience and DoD certification as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will support the expansion of the Enterprise Service Desk and maintain data integrity. A high school diploma is required, and a Secret security clearance is necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
