We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users, desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related hardware/software. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, support IT infrastructure, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining high system availability.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users, desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related hardware/software. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, support IT infrastructure, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining high system availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for Windows-based environments.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network connectivity, VPN, and application issues.
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise applications.
- Create, manage, and resolve tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
- Perform user account administration in Active Directory, including password resets and access management.
- Deploy and image workstations using SCCM, Intune, or similar deployment tools.
- Configure and support mobile devices (iPhone, Android, tablets).
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when necessary.
- Provide support for conference room technology and audiovisual equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
