Make a significant impact supporting students as a Sign Language Interpreter in a collaborative educational environment near Springfield, OR. This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 24, 2026, through July 15, 2027, with multiple openings available. Work alongside a dynamic team focused on Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) students, providing vital communication access and classroom support.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Valid certification/licensure as a Sign Language Interpreter
- Prior experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of Deaf culture and DHH communication needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, DHH specialists, and staff
- Professional references and proof of licensure required for interview consideration
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective communication between DHH students, staff, and peers using sign language interpretation
- Support access to both classroom instruction and activities as a member of the educational team
- Collaborate regularly with DHH professionals and other support staff to address student learning needs
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards
