Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to evaluate and diagnose patients as necessary. This includes creating individualized care plans that reflect each patient’s cultural background and special needs.

• Employ evidence-based practices to monitor patient progress and develop effective interventions aimed at supporting mental health diagnoses.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and clinical documentation in alignment with regulatory standards and department protocols.

• Collaboratively develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans with patients and families, focusing on achieving desired mental health outcomes.

• Act as an essential liaison between patients and various treatment providers, ensuring a continuum of care and facilitating referrals as appropriate.

• Provide guidance and educational mentorship to students, interns, and volunteers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

• Contribute to the team’s development by engaging in peer reviews and clinical collaborations under the supervision of a clinical supervisor.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
