Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing our therapists to balance their personal lives while providing vital therapy services to our clientele. Though primarily distance-based, our team maintains regular virtual meetings and professional development sessions to uphold engagement and shared learning experiences. You will also have access to an outpatient office facility for in-person meetings and community events as needed, ensuring flexibility in your practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for clients and collaboratively develop custom treatment plans that are tailored to their individual and family needs.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing solution-focused methodologies and evidence-based interventions, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure a cohesive and integrated care plan for clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and other vital client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and participate in continued education and professional development initiatives to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in marriage and family therapy.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality regulations, ensuring that all client interactions uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, couples navigating conflicts, and families facing communication challenges. Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive salary range of $115,000 – $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
