Production Lead

Our client, a leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting the production and packaging teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Lead
Location: Medford, MA
Pay Range: $20
Shift: Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM (schedule may vary depending on business needs)
What's the Job?
- Lead production activities and coordinate team members on assigned lines
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, and safety standards
- Support line setup and maintain efficient production flow
- Assist with staffing, training, onboarding, and coaching employees
- Monitor productivity, waste reduction, and line efficiency
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food manufacturing experience
- Strong communication, reading, writing, and basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
- Team-oriented with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
