Work Environment

Your role as a Home Care Physical Therapist will be onsite, visiting patients in their homes across the West Palm Beach area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses within their home environment.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based approaches, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and various modalities to alleviate pain and promote rehabilitation.
• Guide patients through exercise regimens and activities designed to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on outcomes and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with caregivers and family members, providing education and support in the use of assistive devices and techniques that enhance self-care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with background knowledge preferably in related fields.

Compensation and Benefits
