The primary responsibilities for this position are the instruction of undergraduate courses for our neuroscience major (e.g., cellular and molecular/cognitive neuroscience) as well as foundational and upper-division psychology courses, including capstone. Further, the Department seeks dynamic and enthusiastic individuals with a Ph.D. in psychology or neuroscience or related discipline, a commitment to undergraduate education, substantial teaching experience (including online teaching), and a willingness to work with a program coordinator for purposes of assessment and quality control.**PROFILE of the DEPARTMENT of PSYCHOLOGY**The Department has 40 full-time faculty members, a B.A. program in Psychology, a B.S. program in Neuroscience, a B.S. program in Children’s Behavioral Health Psychology, an APA-accredited Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychology, a Ph.D. program in Psychological and Brain Sciences with cognitive, developmental, and quantitative/social/community areas of study, and is affiliated with a campus-wide interdisciplinary Neuroscience Ph.D. program.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**This position requires a Ph.D. in psychology or neuroscience or related discipline from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and substantial teaching experience (including online teaching. Credentials must be obtained prior to the start date.
