Embark on a rewarding contract assignment for the 2026–2027 school year as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist working with elementary students. Key Skills and Credentials:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Direct experience with school-based caseloads and IEP development
• Expertise working with elementary-aged students
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of therapy evaluation and intervention practices
• Reliable transportation for daily onsite work
• Commitment to a full-time schedule (no part-time candidates, 40 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 elementary students
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop detailed IEP goals and provide direct/indirect speech-language services
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate and consult with special education staff, teachers, administrators, and families
• Contribute to a positive, supportive school culture
