Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing research-backed modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based interventions, all tailored to meet specific client goals.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, coping strategies, and available community resources, fostering a collaborative approach to care.

Your clientele will encompass a broad spectrum of individuals from varying backgrounds and experiences, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) with the appropriate credentials to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
