Job Title: Outside Sales Representative — Light Industrial Staffing
Location: Tolleson / West Valley (field-based) — Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Salary: $75,000–$120,000 base (DOE) + uncapped commissions & bonuses

What you’ll do (day to day)

• Spend almost your entire day in the field meeting hiring managers, plant supervisors, and operations leaders.
• Prospect aggressively through cold calling, door- knocking/canvassing, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Qualify needs, sell staffing solutions (temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire), and close accounts.
• Build and grow a book of business with repeat clients and ongoing relationships.
• Hit weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets; document activities in our CRM.
• Coordinate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure seamless candidate delivery and client satisfaction.
• Attend occasional in-office meetings, training, and team planning sessions

Who you are (must-haves)

• Proven outside sales experience — staffing industry strongly preferred.
• Relentless go-getter mentality: not afraid to cold call, knock doors, and follow up until you get progress.
• Goal-oriented, resilient, and metrics-driven — you enjoy hitting targets and growing revenue.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and collaborating with an internal team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to cover the West Valley territory.
• Professional appearance and the confidence to present to decision-makers.

Compensation & perks

• Base salary $75k–$120k (DOE) — realistic pay for top-performing outside sales pros.
