Role Overview This is a field-based, hands‑on role combining commercial field activity with the coordination and development of a growing sales team. The core of the position is building strong relationships with physicians — particularly gynecologists — and driving medical recommendation within an OTX business model that combines scientific engagement with strong pharmacy execution. The position is ideal for a strong field‑based healthcare professional with initial leadership experience who is looking to take the next step into a broader responsibility role within a growing and entrepreneurial organization.
