This role is designed for remote work, allowing counselors to provide services from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Utilize a broad range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailoring techniques to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance the holistic support available to clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
