We are looking for an Accounting / Bookkeeper to join our team in Englewood, NJ!
_ Pay: Based on experience_
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, taxes and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
- Work with CPA to perform audits.
- Process payroll, receivables and payable
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team
- Bank reconciliation
- Project Invoicing Billing
Qualifications:
- _ Previous experience in accounting or other related fields _
- Construction industry knowledge/experience preferred
- Previous AP (accounts payable) and AR (accounts receivable) experience
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
