The Assistant Manager will support daily operations. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth workflow within the team. It requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and resolve inquiries promptly
- Supervise and support a small team to meet performance goals
- Assist in scheduling and daily operational tasks
- Collaborate with management to improve service standards
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
