Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized psychological measures to accurately identify clients' mental health goals and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based approaches to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring safe and therapeutic handling of emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Certified Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
