The Collections Specialist will be responsible for collecting payment on customer accounts and providing excellent customer service. The Ideal Candidate will: Be successful at maintaining past due accounts to company goals. Maintain a firm and fair collections approach. Build relationships with their customers in order to maintain consistent and successful collecting. Have exceptional customer service. What you need: Experience in customer service, collections, or sales. Call center experience. Be results driven and thrive at hitting your goals and your bonus! Excellent customer service. High school diploma or GED. Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly desirable.
