Reports To: Business Development Manager
Job Type: Full Time Employee
Department: Business Development Team
Summary
Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Promoting business development opportunities
- Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Presenting our brand to potential clients
- Finding and developing new markets and improving brand awareness
- Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Reporting to the Franchise development senior manager on (weekly/monthly) development processes and results
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in F&B sales, marketing or related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience recruiting and activating multi-unit franchisee candidates (preferably franchisees who’ve signed up for 5 to 25 units)
- Requirement: 3 to 5 years experience working in a restaurant franchise system, preferably driving rapid growth and across multiple U.S. markets
- Requirement: proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or FranConnect, preferably as the lead business user or power user
- Active participation in franchising organizations and conferences: IFA, FLDC, MUFC, etc.
- Proven track record of building and nurturing networks of potential franchisees
- Expert understanding of franchising regulations and documentation
