This opportunity offers a flexible schedule of 20 to 30 hours per week, working across two elementary school settings. Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist licensure
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to a diverse range of student needs
• Solid communication and documentation skills
• Collaborative mindset for working with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals and educational plans
• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment strategies
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust interventions
• Provide education and consultation for staff and families regarding therapy best practices
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and necessary reports in compliance with school requirements
