Key Responsibilities\n

• Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted in accordance with regulatory requirements, demonstrating compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to inform treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support initiatives, enhancing the therapeutic experience for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required, along with a valid independent LMHC license as issued by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
