Salary: $275,000 - $400,000 per year A bit about us: Mid-sized, well-respected Law Firm (60 Attorneys) seeks to add a Corporate Attorney to their team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with a Corporate Trust/Securities background. In this position you will be representing financial institutions acting as their corporate trustee (and other agency/fiduciary capacities) in domestic and global financing. As part of this position, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing/negotiating a variety of corporate documents as well as assisting partners with closings!
