Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring tailored interventions that align with specific needs and clinical goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments and treatment planning for clients presenting with a variety of mental health issues, adhering to medical necessity and DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Facilitate psycho-educational groups and parenting classes aimed at skill development and enhancing familial relationships, fostering growth within the community.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client cases, including treatment notes, progress reports, and relevant statistical data to comply with organizational standards.

• Meet billing and productivity requirements through diligent management of reimbursable hours while ensuring ethical and effective service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve serving a clientele with diverse backgrounds and varying mental health conditions. You'll provide support to children and families in need, addressing critical issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your clinical expertise will not only help clients heal but also empower them to develop coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work (LCSW), marriage and family therapy (LMFT), or professional clinical counseling (LPCC) is required to qualify for this position.

• An active Associate or Licensed status with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences is necessary for practice. Candidates in the process of obtaining licensure will also be considered.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, particularly the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently amidst a busy caseload.

• An intrinsic motivation and proactivity in managing documentation and billing hours to ensure compliance with agency standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly in modalities addressing family dynamics and group settings.

• Experience working remotely or in a telehealth capacity is a plus, as it requires a unique skill set in virtual client engagement.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and the ability to apply them effectively in varied clinical scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits\n
