Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's unique mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings, helping clients navigate complex issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer specialists, to provide a cohesive and integrated approach to client care.

You will serve a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your understanding and sensitivity to these diverse needs will be crucial in building trust and rapport, promoting a safe space for healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience working with clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Strong interpersonal skills to establish connections with clients quickly and effectively, facilitating open communication and trust.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems is preferred but not essential. Comfort in adapting to digital platforms is a must.

• Experience in group therapy facilitation and the ability to engage clients in dynamic and supportive group settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

An annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 is offered, reflecting your qualifications and experience level, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
