This position is remote, enabling flexibility in work-life balance while maintaining close connections with clients through virtual therapy sessions. Our team operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring that staff have ample time for personal and professional commitments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorders and relationship challenges in clients.

• Develop highly personalized treatment plans that are informed by evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on divorce and relationship issues, while employing various therapeutic modalities including narrative and communication therapy.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Regularly monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care tailored to each client’s needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
