About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Sales for North America to spearhead the next phase of growth. This senior leadership role is pivotal in training, coaching, and building a high-performance sales team, as well as defining and executing sales strategies. The successful candidate will be a veteran sales leader with a proven track record, particularly in scaling SaaS or platform companies. Responsibilities include total revenue growth, driving new customer acquisition, and expanding within the existing customer base. The role demands a leader with a strong work ethic, emotional intelligence, and the ability to inspire and lead sales teams. Experience in selling to the construction or similar industrial markets is highly valued, and the ideal candidate will have a background in platform selling and a deep understanding of enterprise sales. The VP of Sales will be expected to own North America revenue targets, build a growth engine, and ensure a strong balance between new logo acquisition and account growth.
