Take the next step in your education career by contributing as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in a supportive school environment. Multiple contract positions are available for compassionate, detail-oriented paraprofessionals eager to provide individualized support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Enjoy a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, following either 8am–4pm (K–4th) or 7am–3pm (5th–12th) shifts. When applying, please specify your preferred schedule to help ensure the best pairing. The role begins August 18, 2026 and continues through June 11, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a related school support role
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Ability to secure updated Pennsylvania clearances within the last 12 months (or willingness to obtain)
• Active CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to update—CPR component must be completed in person
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering a safe, positive environment for students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group support to students under the guidance of educators
• Assist with classroom activities, adapt materials, and promote engagement
• Support students’ physical, social, and emotional needs throughout the school day
• Implement teachers’ instructional plans and behavior management strategies
• Encourage independence while frequently monitoring student progress
