Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to individuals and groups aimed at reducing stress and promoting relaxation.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' specific stressors, challenges, and personal goals, tailoring mindfulness practices to meet their needs effectively.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques designed to enhance self-awareness, emotional regulation, and stress resilience.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and building resilience skills among participants.

• Incorporate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions applied, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is mandatory for this role.
