Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and emotional well-being, ensuring comprehensive understanding of each individual’s needs.
• Develop, implement, and continually adjust personalized treatment plans that align with each client's therapeutic goals and objectives.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or other modalities tailored to individual client preferences and needs.
• Regularly monitor client progress through sessions, adapting treatment plans as needed to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention support, developing strategies to manage acute episodes for clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards to promote client trust and safety.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness practitioners to create a holistic care environment for clients.
• Engage in continuous education by keeping abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health treatment.
• Participate in regular supervision, training sessions, and professional development initiatives to sharpen clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, showcasing empathy and understanding.
