Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients facing significant mental health and emotional challenges, both in teletherapy formats and in the community, using evidence-based practices.

• Evaluate clients' needs through comprehensive assessments, when necessary providing short screenings and coordinating any further evaluations.

• Collaborate in creating and implementing integrated care plans that empower clients and facilitate access to related services.

• Develop therapeutic relationships built on trust and respect, exhibiting cultural competency in interactions with a diverse client base.

• Engage actively in team meetings, contributing ideas and strategies to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

• Ensure adherence to all ethical standards and clinical guidelines established by COHC, maintaining the highest level of professional integrity.

• Participate in on-call coverage as needed, ready to assist clients in crisis situations.
\n
• Create and submit timely reports and documentation regarding client progress and treatment plans.
\n
• Monitor and provide support during client admissions, continuous stays, and discharge processes, ensuring they meet necessary criteria.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary work will involve clients grappling with serious mental health issues and emotional disorders within a detoxification environment. You will work with individuals who require a multi-faceted approach to care, often involving collaboration with medical staff, family members, and other providers to create holistic support systems. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting the expertise and experience brought to the role.
