Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, or a related field, and three years of business analyst experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Of the required experience, three (3) years must include technical and functional knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) application.

Skills and Abilities

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with functional and technical design documentation. Experience with defect management including demonstrated knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM business processes and procedures. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 and above.

• Experience performing PeopleSoft business analyst functions including writing functional design specifications, developing test scripts, managing and updating configuration, implementing best practice solutions and providing ongoing support.

• Demonstrated knowledge of process and systems requirement documentation standards related to IT programs including Use Case modeling, User Story creations and narrative description. Experience working directly with end users in a production support environment. Experience with Agile and Waterfall's methodologies associated with software design, modification and implementation.

• Experience using SQL, PS Query, Toad, and SQL Developer to perform analysis.

• Good analytical skills.

• Ability to effectively present ideas, both orally and in written form.

• Good customer service and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience with design and delivery of reporting capabilities to end users is highly desired.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with leading projects

• Experience developing and managing project plans is highly desired

• Experience in a higher education institution is highly preferred
