Role Description The Vice President of Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Riverside, CA. This leader is responsible for defining and executing growth strategies across XOOM SERVERS, XOOM PRODUCTIONS, and XOOM STUDIOS, identifying new market opportunities and partnerships that align with the company’s long-term vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing the business development pipeline, leading sales initiatives, overseeing key client relationships, and guiding contract negotiation processes. The role collaborates closely with executive leadership and department heads to create integrated business plans, set revenue targets, and monitor performance against goals. This position also involves mentoring business development and sales teams, representing the company at industry events, and ensuring a data-driven approach to market analysis and decision-making. QualificationsDemonstrated strength in New Business Development and Sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion. Experience in Business Planning and strategic growth initiatives, including forecasting, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy. Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, with the ability to structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements. Skill in Account Management, including managing key accounts, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Proven leadership experience in business development or sales at a senior level, ideally within technology, hosting, IT services, or creative/digital agencies. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership. Ability to work on-site in Riverside, CA, collaborate across diverse teams, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
