Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your role at our center involves:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that promote community and healing, allowing clients to share their experiences, encourage one another, and learn together.

• Providing individualized therapy, where you will interact with clients one-on-one to explore their mental and emotional landscapes, helping them to devise coping strategies tailored to their unique situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse group of clients aged 18 to 30, focusing on their mental health challenges through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces unique difficulties, including transitional life stages, identity exploration, and mental health crises, making this role critical for fostering resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

The position requires applicants to possess a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Candidates must hold a current LPC license and demonstrate a commitment to ethical practice and continued professional development. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
