Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting engaging group therapy sessions that foster a sense of community among clients, enabling them to share experiences and insights.

• Providing individualized therapy tailored to each client's unique needs, helping them navigate their thoughts and emotions while developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborating with clients to formulate personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that are sensitive to their individual circumstances.

• Regularly monitoring and evaluating client progress through a variety of assessment tools, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, discussing complex cases to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Documenting client interactions and progress in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and adjustment disorders, among others. By fostering trust and understanding, you will play a critical role in their healing and recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions.

• Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities is a plus.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting, particularly with young adult populations.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems to facilitate client care.

• Experience in group counseling and facilitating therapy sessions is highly favorable.
