Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility in your work hours while primarily operating on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy and mental health interventions to a caseload of patients experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Create evidence-based and culturally relevant treatment strategies that consider each patient’s unique background and circumstances.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to foster a holistic approach to patient health and facilitate coordinated care.

• Continuously monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to feedback and evolving patient conditions.

• Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families concerning mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources.

• Uphold ethical standards of practice, ensuring patient confidentiality and informed consent in all interactions and treatment processes.

Qualifications\n
