Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unsere Business Unit Dermatologie einen **Regionalleiter** **(First Line Manager) (w/m/d) Dermatologie** mit Schwerpunkt **Biologika** für die**Region Bayern**.## **Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten*** Umsatz- und Budgetverantwortung für die Region* Weiterentwicklung des Teams durch Führung, Training und Coaching* Ermittlung von Schulungsbedarfen in Bezug auf regulatorische, kommerzielle, medizinische und IT-technologische Themen* Aktive Steuerung der Umsetzung der Multichannel-Vertriebsstrategie und der digitalen Kommunikation durch die Außendienstmitarbeitenden in Praxis und Kliniken* Planung und Umsetzung des Key Account Managements im Außendienst sowie Monitoring von entsprechenden KPI’s* Analyse der regionalen Marktdaten und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Umsatzentwicklung* Betreuung von regionalen KOL’s* Aus den Unternehmenszielen regionale Ziele ableiten und Maßnahmen und Fortbildungen planen und umsetzen## **Ausbildung*** Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung* Pharmareferentenausbildung gem. §75 AMG bzw. erforderliche Sachkenntnis gem.
