Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, formulating individualized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide effective counseling to adults presenting with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Set collaborative treatment goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress, ensuring the treatment plan meets their evolving needs and promotes therapeutic success.

• Document clinical interactions and progress notes in an accurate and timely manner, complying with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights, improve service delivery, and facilitate professional growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent state license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) – limited or provisional licenses are not acceptable.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct clinical evaluations and make informed treatment recommendations based on professional judgment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep-seated empathy to foster trusting relationships with clients.

• Strong proficiency with digital tools and platforms necessary for virtual therapy and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct mental health services to a diverse adult population.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care approaches.

• Previous experience with telehealth delivery of mental health services is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
