Partner Success Director

Owning the relationship with health system partners, the full-time remote Partner Success Director will build and maintain strong connections, provide strategic guidance, and ensure partner satisfaction while driving revenue growth and retention. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain executive, operational, and technical relationships with health system partners Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and best practices to align Abridge's capabilities with partner priorities Collaborate with internal teams to drive partner growth and ensure a seamless experience for clinicians and stakeholders Required qualifications Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in management consulting, enterprise SaaS, or health system innovation Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and the challenges faced by large health enterprises Technical aptitude to understand and communicate complex software solutions effectively Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with clinicians and stakeholders at all levels Strong organizational and project management capabilities
