Registered Nurse MGR (Floor RN MGR Psychiatric & Substance Use Disorder Facility)

Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado Schedule: Full-Time, 4pm-12am, 12am-8am M-F (Days/Nights/Weekends available)

Estimated Pay Rate: Up to $120k

As a Floor RN MGR, you will provide compassionate, direct patient care while working alongside an interdisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies.
• Handles scheduling conflicts and call offs.
• Handles patient complaints.
• Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.
• Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies.
• Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.
• Communicates concerns or issues with AOC and facility leadership.
• Leads code drills.
• Provides training support to new staff.

What We're Looking For:

• Current RN license (in good standing).
• BSN preferred; ADN considered with relevant experience.
• Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience a plus, but not requiredtraining provided.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Must be 21 years or older.
