National Harbor, Maryland The Role Learning & Development Partner at MGM National Harbor Day-to-Day Responsibilities Facilitate and support leadership development programs, trainings, and new hire orientations Partner with HR, Guest Experience, and operations leaders to assess development needs Design, coordinate, and deliver learning solutions that drive performance and engagement Utilize learning technology platforms to track progress, measure success, and identify skills gaps Analyze data, track metrics, and report on training effectiveness and ROI Prepare presentations, reports, and training materials using Microsoft Office tools Plan and manage training logistics, including schedules, materials, and classroom setup Consult with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions Support a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning Provide exceptional service while building strong relationships across all levels Ideal Candidate At least 21 years of age Bachelor’s degree 1+ years of experience in adult learning, training and/or facilitation Benefits Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on travel, electronics, online shopping, and more Free meals in our employee dining room Free parking on and off shift Healthcare, financial, and time off benefits Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community Eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan Eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans Pay Range $61,300.00 - $81,800.00 This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
