Key Account Manager DACH - Pure Play

The Position Parent & Child at the Heart As Key Account Manager DACH – Pure Play , you play a pivotal role in shaping how families across the DACH region discover and experience Stokke—both online and in‑store. With BabyWalz as your primary strategic partner, you ensure that Stokke’s premium product story, content, and execution consistently support parents in making confident, informed purchase decisions. Agility, Speed & Execution This is a commercial, fast‑paced, and hands‑on role combining strategic account ownership with operational excellence. You will drive growth through strong joint business planning, performance management, forecasting, and campaign execution. Working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, and Finance, you ensure plans move seamlessly from strategy to execution. This is a remote, DACH‑based role , requiring regular travel for customer meetings. Main Responsibilities Commercial Ownership Own and manage the relationship with BabyWalz and selected DACH pure‑play retailers Define and execute a clear long‑term vision for strategic account partnerships Build, manage, and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to drive sustainable growth Track sell‑in and sell‑out performance, proactively identifying opportunities and risks Deliver accurate Latest Estimates (LE) and maintain high forecast accuracy Monitor promotions, margins, and commercial investments to optimise ROI Identify distribution, assortment, and product‑range expansion opportunities Promotional & Campaign Planning Own monthly sales forecasts in close alignment with demand and stock planning Drive digital sales performance by improving product pages, content accuracy, and conversion Review and optimise campaign and promotional performance, embedding continuous improvement Partner with Marketing and Ecommerce to ensure brand‑consistent, effective retail media activation Performance Reporting & Analysis Prepare and lead monthly performance reviews with key accounts Analyse sales trends, online performance, stock health, risks, and opportunities Maintain accurate CRM inputs, internal reporting tools, and performance trackers Key Performance Indicators Promotional ROI Digital shelf quality & content health Stock health and availability Distribution and assortment growth In‑store & online brand standards compliance Forecast accuracy What Success Looks Like Accelerated sell‑out growth and market‑share gains with strategic DACH partners Best‑in‑class digital shelf quality and retail execution Trusted, senior‑level strategic partnerships with key customers High forecast accuracy and healthy, well‑balanced stock levels Measurable improvements in conversion, ROI, and brand visibility The Ideal Profile You are commercially curious, proactive, and opportunity‑driven. You challenge the status quo, bring fresh thinking to account development, and continuously improve how Stokke shows up across digital and physical retail in the DACH market. You communicate clearly, collaborate naturally across functions, and balance commercial ambition with premium brand execution. You are structured, analytical, and organised—comfortable juggling multiple priorities while delivering consistent, high‑quality results.
