We build and maintain fiber optic networks, coaxial systems, and underground/aerial communication infrastructure for some of the country's largest telecom carriers. Thousands of miles of network. Decades of field experience. A growing backlog and a team that gets it done.

We're looking for a Project Manager who belongs in the field - someone who can run a job from kickoff to closeout, manage crews and budgets without hand-holding, and build the kind of client relationships that bring repeat work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own projects end-to-end: scope, schedule, budget, crews, and client communication
- Oversee aerial and underground construction, directional boring, fiber splicing, and conduit installation
- Coordinate crew deployment and subcontractors across multiple concurrent sites
- Keep clients informed, resolve field issues fast, and protect project margins
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met on every site

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years in communications, telecom, or underground utility construction PM
- Hands-on knowledge of OSP construction: boring, trenching, aerial work, fiber/coaxial splicing
- Able to read construction plans and permit packages independently
- Proven track record managing budgets and schedules without close oversight
- Comfortable with consistent travel -- this is a field-forward role
- PMP and/or OSHA 30 a plus
