What You'll Do

As a Remote Leadership Development Representative , you'll gain hands-on client experience while developing the communication, business, and leadership skills needed for future advancement.

Client Success & Relationship Management

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information

• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Answer questions clearly and professionally

• Help clients evaluate available coverage options

• Assist with applications, enrollment, and required documentation

• Provide ongoing client support and follow-up

• Assist with applicable policy reviews and updates

• Maintain accurate digital records and client documentation

• Build long-term relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional service
