Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you flexibility while ensuring accessibility for clients in outpatient settings. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that supports a restorative culture and promotes continuous growth. Our structure emphasizes teamwork and ongoing communication to provide optimal patient care. You will have a manageable workload with no evening or weekend commitments, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences, connect with peers, and learn from one another.

• Individual Therapy Sessions: Provide tailored, empathetic counseling to clients, helping them explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Treatment Planning: Work collaboratively with clients to create goal-oriented and personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and preferences, ensuring their voices are integral to their care.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess and evaluate clients’ progress with a variety of tools and feedback mechanisms, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs.

• Collaborative Care: Maintain open channels of communication with colleagues in the multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care through regular consultations and coordinated strategies for complex cases.

Qualifications\n

• The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• A current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience working with clients presenting mental health or mood disorders in either residential or outpatient settings is essential.

• You should embody a collaborative attitude, being a proactive team player who is genuinely invested in helping others drive positive change.

• Strong clinical skills in techniques and approaches such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) are required.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other administrative tools will be beneficial in efficiently managing client care. Additionally, ongoing involvement in continuing education and training in emerging therapeutic approaches will greatly enhance your fit for this role.
