Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed comprehensive assessments of clients during initial sessions to identify their mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that align with evidenced-based practices.

• Provide therapy sessions via video conferencing software, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address a wide range of emotional and psychological issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that clients receive coordinated care that is holistic and effective, helping to bridge the gap between therapy, medication management, and support services.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies to support clients who may be experiencing acute distress or emergency situations, demonstrating therapeutic skills and empathetic communication.

• Participate in community outreach events and educational initiatives tailored to promote mental health awareness, educate the public, and de-stigmatize mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role requires a commitment to serving a diverse client population that includes individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required for this position.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to establish rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively support individuals from various diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience within a community mental health setting or familiarity with telehealth service delivery is highly preferred.

• A solid understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment protocols.
